The willPower Method®
The willPower Method® is a cardio fusion of postures and drills. Full-body functional training meets sports psychology. The smartest and safest barefoot training methods to strengthen your feet and lower chain, while conditioning your entire body. Train smarter, not harder!
willPower Barre-Fusion® is a hybrid of The willPower Method® with ballet barre techniques for full-body conditioning. We bring local muscle groups to the point of fatigue and then stretch them. The emphasis on smaller range of movements (“pulsing”) will heighten your mind-muscle connection.
Yoga is a wonderful combination of strength, conditioning, balance and flexibility. In this class, you get the opportunity to explore the area between beginner’s and intermediate yoga practice…if you like! You will be safely and clearly guided to new poses with a focus on structure and alignment; linking Asana to breath in an exploration of Vinyasa.
