BODYFLOW® is 70% Yoga, 20% Pilates, and 10% Tai Chi. An inspired soundtrack plays as you open your body to strengthen and stretch with the breath. Options for pregnancy or anyone just getting started. Leave the class feeling calm, centered…amazing! We offer 30-minute Flexibility or 30-min Strength versions during the week to complement our 30-minute BodyPump classes.

You will be instructed through scientifically-proven moves and techniques with encouragement, coaching, and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own. Time to transform your body! At Star’s Locker, we also offer a unique 30-minute approach that mimics personal training sessions to give you a more “transformative” experience!
With postures and exercises adapted from ballet, yoga and Pilates, Barre is based in isometric strength training (holding your body still while you pulse and contract a localized group of muscles). By training to fatigue with small range-of-motion movements, you heighten the mind-muscle connection and learn to fire up the desired muscle group more effectively. Class size is limited to 10 or fewer for personalized attention…and space at the barre!

Lift with Intelligence for Fitness Transformation. Lifting is the most important component to your body transformation. Not only does it increase your metabolism, it gives you the “look” you desire. This class is dedicated to strength-training! You will be coached to fatigue the muscles in either your upper or lower body in a fun, supportive…and effective small group training session.
Based on the teachings of Joseph H. Pilates, this class is a full body workout, building grace, coordination, and keen body awareness. Each class combines the traditional weight bearing Pilates exercises with highly effective tension release moves. Learn to activate your deep core muscles in each movement while developing muscular strength, flexibility, alignment, and posture.
This class will raise your heart rate to improve your cardiovascular conditioning, stamina and endurance…emphasizing the muscles for a sleek and sexy physique! Transformation classes are open to all clients, but especially perfect for clients going through “transformation” (e.g. pregnancy, postpartum, body transformation). Class size is limited to 15 or fewer for more individual attention.
Easy Flow / Yoga
Yoga is a wonderful combination of strength, conditioning, balance and flexibility. In this class, you will explore the area between beginner’s and intermediate yoga practice. You will be safely and clearly guided to poses with a focus on structure and alignment; linking Asana to breath in an exploration of Vinyasa. Vinyasa means “movement linked with breath”, so this type of yoga practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures.
