As the temperatures cool down and the layers of clothing turn up, November is the perfect month to start body transformation. Why? Because transformation takes time and PATIENCE… conveniently, the Word of the Week.
In the fall, we have the advantage of a significant lead time to bikinis and flipflops — unless you live near the equator, in the Southern Hemisphere, or you’re like me and the rule is FUF (Flip-flops Until Freezing). Take a minute to imagine the reaction when spring rolls around and your “rolls” are nowhere to be found! Can you see yourself shedding the winter layers and sporting your transformed physique?! If not, no worries…that’s part of the transformation as well.
